Our lovely 2 bedroomed cottage is located in the stunning grounds of the Moulin du Duc, 12th century Mill Watermill.
This wonderful cottage is a fully fitted, centrally heated luxury home where you will find everything you need to ensure that your stay is complete to the last detail. Outside in the gardens, there is a summer kitchen, barbecue, shower room and separate toilet. The cottage has its own gardens, driveway and parking.
Please note if required we can offer you Bed & Breakfast at our wonderful Mill House.
For animal lovers we have a 2 friendly rescued horses, 2 gentle and kind rescued dogs and a lovely collection of ducks and hens!
A welcome pack of local produce is provided including wine & beer.

The farmhouse really is a home away from home, The downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need from a coffee machine to a Raclette and comfortable lounge with beautiful views into the gardens.
Bedroom one is on the next level with 2 single beds and stunning handmade wardrobes. On the same level is a modern bathroom and separate toilet.
A short staircase leads you up to the master bedroom suite. There is a Queen size bed, beautiful hand made wardrobes and stunning views of the gardens. The en suite shower room has a large walk in shower, toilet and two wash basins.
The whole farmhouse house has been recently rennovated and is decorated to a very high standard. There are many additional extras including board games, books, dvds & videos.

Outside in the gardens there is a summer kitchen, barbecue, shower room and separate toilet. There many fruit trees including figs & plums. There is a wonderful hammock which is ideal for a chilled glass of wine and a good book!
Entry to your part of the Mill House is by private driveway and there is plenty of space for parking.
The Languedoc-Roussillon / Gard region
This is Gard Provencal and is the unspoiled, undiscovered Provence. The climate is wonderful all year and the countryside is utterly unspoiled and lovely. We are within easy reach of Avignon, Nimes, Montpelier, Arles, the Camargue and the beaches. All within an easy day trip.
The area is full of Roman and mediaeval history. Use us as a base for those wonderful summer music festivals - Orange and Avignon just a short drive away.
The Uzes area
Uzes, the 'first Duchy of France', is internationally known with its streets reminiscent of the past and its beautiful mansions, its impressive Duchy, its baroque-type Cathedral and Eglise St-Etienne, its famous 'Place aux Herbes' with its typical arcades and its renowned Provençal market twice a week. Many festivals are organized throughout the summer (Baroque Music, New Dance, Horses and bulls, etc).
It is a favourite with numerous artists, painters, writers, and a lively cultural life. Activities available in the local area include cycling, horse riding, mountain biking, roller blading, swimming, tennis, walking, hiking, climbing and kayaking. Golf is available within 5 minutes drive.
Plenty of river and lake fishing nearby offering carp, trout and game fishing. Sea fishing also available nearby.

All linen provided. Guests must leave by 12 noon at the latest and new arrivals not before 4.p.m.
Bed and Breakfast arrangements and child minding are also possible, prices upon request.
Once the booking is confirmed please send us a cheque for £200.00 (this will be cashed)
PLEASE THEN PAY THE FULL AMOUNIT IN EUROS WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY.
At the end of the holiday a security/damage check will be carried out and if the property is in the same condition as you found it the full deposit will be returned to you.
