How to Search for Fishing Holiday Properties for RentWhen you access the home page of the website you will initially see 20 of the available properties listed within this website. The 20 properties featured on the home page changes every time the home page is accessed by a different computer / website user.
Using the "Search" form on the right hand side you can choose various options to search under. For example you can choose to search for all properties available in France, or you can restrict your search further by choosing only 3 or 2 bedroomed properties at any given resort etc. If you do not set any restrictions it will show you all properties available on all resorts when you click the "search" button. You can then click on "more details" link to see more information about any particular property including pictures, and a form for sending a message directly to the property owner ("Send An Enquiry About This Property").
Alternatively, you can click directly on the resort names on the left hand side of the page to display properties at that particular resort. Whichever way you search you are able to sort the results given by "date added" to website (handy if you only want to see new properties added since you last looked), number of bedrooms, or number of bathrooms etc.
Each property featured within the website has an availability calendar so, providing the property owner is using the calendar feature, you should be able to see when each property is available and when it is not.
In fact you can also search on "availability by date" by choosing your "From Date" and "To Date" by clicking the calendar icon () to the right and then clicking the "search" button.
Finally, every property on the site has a property ID number, and if you know the property ID number you can search for that property directly using the "Search By Id. No" box on the right hand side of the home page. You do not have to register to use the website!

Fishing Holiday Home Owners - How to Add Your PropertyFirstly it is worth pointing out that all rental enquiries generated at the website go directly from the enquirer to you so you can approve or disapprove any enquirer and therefore alleviate any worry about who is renting your property.
To add your property to the website you first need to click on the "Register" or "Add Your Property" at the top and left hand side of this page.
Once you have selected one of those links you will be redirected to the registration page. Then after registering with us you will be presented with a form in which you choose your account username and password. Once you have filled out the form you click the "register" button at the bottom of the form. You should then see a message which states:
"Your account was created. Check your e-mail for details on activating your account."
Once you have received that email you need to activate your new account by clicking on the link in the email. Once you have done that you should see a message on screen saying:
"Your account was activated. Please login."
and you can enter your username and password and log in to your new account.
Once you have logged in to your account you will see links to:
Manage Your Properties (edit property details, images and rental rates)
Obviously once you have created your account you will first want to Insert a New Property so you choose that link and are presented with a form from within which you can enter all the details of your property. Once you have entered the details you then need to wait until we approve the listing - after which it will appear within the website and be searchable and viewable to website visitors.
To add pictures of your property and to set the various rental rates for high and low season, and use the availability calendar. you need to click on the "Manage Your Properties" link from within your account and then click on the appropriate icon for each action in the "View/Edit Options" section. If you do not set rental rates then your entry will state "Please enquire for pricing".
If you need any help at all adding your property please ask us to help via the "Contact Us" page on this website - we will be please to assist you.
To use the availability calendar click on the "Manage Availability" icon in the "View/Edit Options" section. On the next screen you will see two sets of drop down lists.
Before you can mark days as being unavailable/booked you need to "Add Month" To Calendar" using the top set of drop down lists (choose the month and a year and then click "Add Month To Calendar"). Once you have added the month to the calendar you should see a "Month Added Successfully" message and you can then choose that month from the bottom set of drop down lists i.e. choose the same month and year and click "Load Availability".
You should then be presented with a list of days in that month. Each day in that month has a checkbox which by default is checked to show that the day is currently available. When a day or days become unavailable/booked simply uncheck that day or days and add something in the Notes box (for example "booked"). Then click the "Save Availability" buttom at the bottom of that page. You should then see an "Availability details updated successfully." message.
If you then view your property details page you will see an "Availability" section towards the bottom of the page from which viewers of the page can choose specific months. If you have not added availability details for any given month a "Property availability details have not yet been added for this month" message will be seen. For months that you have added availability details a calendar will be seen with the unavailable days marked in red along with the details you typed into the "notes" box in the admin area. If days become available again for whatever reason you can mark those days as available again from the "Manage Availability" section of the admin area.
